SHIPPING INFORMATION
We usually ship with Hermes. All shipments are insured.
As soon as the artwork is in transit, you will receive a tracking number and a notification via the e-mail specified at the time of purchase.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can alternatively collect your parcel from a Hermes store. It is not advisable to specify a storage location outside your home, as canvases can react sensitively to temperatures that are too high or too low and your package is therefore not safe from theft.
We ship to all EU countries and Switzerland.

Costs
The amount of shipping costs varies depending on the size of the product and the location of the customer. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you add your address.

Package
All works are securely packed. For originals, this includes two MDF boards to protect the front and back of the painting. The costs for packaging material are already included in the purchase price.
Damaged or lost shipments
If you have any questions about damaged or lost packages, please send an e-mail to: [email protected].
We will contact the shipping carrier and resolve each issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction and replacement of the artwork. We are unable to process refunds or reship lost orders until packages are in transit within the time frame specified by the carrier to file a claim.
