Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

– The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

– The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who have their domicile, habitual residence or delivery address outside a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) at the time of conclusion of the contract and delivery and do not belong to one of these member states.

• Please do not send the goods to us carriage forward.
• Please return the goods as a prepaid parcel to the specified return address and please keep the proof of posting.
• Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
• If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer in your possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for compensation due to damage caused by defective packaging.
